The paper presents research results of production and development characteristics of Austrian pine, spruce, fir, douglas fir, and larch stands. The stands are from 20 to 40 years old, predominantly on better sites. It has been concluded that the stands have a normal development vitality and high timber volume productivity. At the age of thirty, the total stand productivity on the best site is: Austrian pine 345 m3/ha, spruce 375 m3/ha, and fir 310 m3/ha.
