Based upon pF-measurements at existing 12 climatic stations in the WEG-Net Feldbach additional measurements of soil moisture have been carried out by means of mobile moisture sensors since 2007. On the one hand these measuring campaigns have taken place in the close vicinity of these stations, on the other hand further measurements are scheduled at so-called experimental agricultural areas for which the Landeskammer for Agriculture and Forestry are responsible.
