The ectual and full realization of forest-protection requires an organization of the forest-hygiene. To reach this aim there must be an information service working without complain which reports any appearance of casual agents; infestations in historical times habe to be mapped as well as all present appearances. The relations between artifical measures for regeneration and the outbreaks of casual agents have to be studied. Furthermore foresthygienic maps have to be studied. Furthermore foresthygeinic maps have to be produced considering the ecological conditions of natural areas. Suffiecient amount of foresters must be at hand to secure forest-protection and -hygiene. Management districts must be as small as possible. Thus, the aim of forest-hygiene if understood correctly is: Continuance of the life-community proper to each location and conservation or re-establishment of its ability to regulate itself.
