Three anti-mould preparations were examined (2-Octyl-2H-Isothiazol-3-one, 2-Octyl-2H-lsothiazol-3-one and 3-lodo-2-Propynyl Butylcarbamate and 2-Octyl-2H-lsothiazol-3-one and Didecyldimethylammonium Chloride), copper amine complexes as well as mixtures of each of the three antimould preparations with copper amino complexes. Aspergillus niger was used as the test fungus. Improved effectiveness was observed in the case of mixtures of copper amino complexes with the 2-Octyl-2H-Isothiazol-3one & 3-lodo-2-Propynyl Butylcarbamate and 2-Octyl-2H-Isothiazol-3-one & Didecyldimethylammonium Chloride preparations in comparison with the preparations acting alone (2-Octyl-2H-Isothiazol-3-one & 3-lodo-2-Propynyl Butylcarbamate and 2-Octyl-2H-lsothia2ol-3-one & Didecyldimethylammonium Chloride). On the other hand, in the case of the mixture of the 2-Octyl-2H-Isothiazol-3-one with copper amino complexes, a decline of efficiency was recorded in comparison with the 2-Octyl-2H-lsothiazol-3-one alone.
