In November, heads of the three sectors met to sign an agreement, which will be the basis for a platform similar to the FPP co-operation that worked well for the past 35 years. The event took place in the Great Hall of the House of Industry in Vienna and the guests were welcomed by its president, Veit Sorger, and Austrian Forestry Minister Josef Pröll. The main goals of the new FHP are bigger harvest volumes and improved marketing and lobbying.
