- AbstractA continuous and more and more rapidly evolving change in the periphery of enterprises requires an improved development of methodical and social competence in the qualification of co-workers. The examples given demonstrate in what way the Landesforsten Rheinland-Pfalz, by performing efficient education measures (1) initiates and accompanies team developing processes in the forest districts; (2) lay the foundation stone for life-long learning as early as during the professional education to become a qualified forest worker (Forstwirt/Forstwirtin); (3) facilitates realizing any scopes of silvicultural shaping by introducing a co-worker training onsite and/or (4) coaches the process of change in the field of occupational safety by aiming to a long-term and thus permanent behavior change. It is pointed out that the considering and using all spheres of competence of the co-workers, executive personnel is able to foster their motivation as well as secure satisfying operating results.
