The chemistry of throughfalls in Central east european forests copy the course of acidity in the clearings (open areas). It means that goes about distictive exogenous effect, i.e. from polluted air. Increasing of the concentration of elements in the throughfall is caused mainly by washing rain not leaching from vegetative organs of trees. The opposite example for potassium was demonstrated.
