The Dinkelberg lies in the extreme south-west corner of Germany. To investigate a surface of 130Quadratkilometer I engaged 31 birdwatchers. Each of them investigated a district of 5-10Quadratkilometer. The mapping based on the coordinate system. The surface of one unit was 1.2Quadratkilometer. The success of the investigation was founded on meetings with basic information, standardized investigation sheets, circulars and excursions.
