Taxonimic features of stands and 25 year old trees of Scots pine of four provenances from the mid-European natural range of this species were compared on experimental area near Poznan. No statistically significant differences were observed between individual provenances in the height, breast height diameter and true measure of stands and trees. The experiments confirmed results obtained earlier by Rzeznik on experimental surfaces in Siemianice indicating high uniformity of Scots pine derived from middle Poland. Scots pine of a more notherly provenance had straighter trunks.
