Alnus glutinosa Gaertn. subsp. barbata (C.A. Mey.) Yalt.) is an taxon of Alder (Alnus Mill.) and ranges in the east Black Sea region of turkey. When it was looked at the literature cited in this taxon, it will be understood that there are many researches and publications related to its botanical morphological, technological, polinological characteristics and its range, ecological and silvicultural requirements. On the other hand, there is no enough research on the yield and management basis of Alder forests. Therefore construction of Stem Volume Tables and Dry-Weight Tables and calculation of energy capacity of Alder state forests are the objects of this paper.
