Abstract
In this article is exhibited the possibility of collecting plants from nature, which after a relative short bonsai training period, between two months to five years, the result will be attractive bonsais. Those are successfuly transplanted from nature to training containers samples of each tree species: Fraxinus ornus, Picea glauca "conica" and Pinus nigra. The age of ecollected samples is between 18 to 40 years but their size is surprisingly small. The hight of collected samples is between 55 to 71 cm (21 3/4 to 28 in) and the trunk diameter is between 3,6 to 5,5 cm (1 1/2 to 2 1/4 in). The hursh living conditions from which the samples are collected provides their dwarf form and this makes a good basis for applaining short but very effective bonsai training. Every bonsai samples have a unique form which make them different from any other shrubs or trees grown in containers. Accordingly here is also exhibited on concept of characteristic bonsai aesthetic, which is regarded as fundamental for Chinese and Japanese art, based on the philosophy of Zen and Taoism, to which expression bonsai belongs alos.
