The CO2 uptake in a spruce clone was measured under high light intensity several times during an extended ozone exposure. The treatments applied were ambient and carbon filtered air was well as continous additions of 50 or 100 ppb of ozone (100 and 200 mg/m3) to the filtered air. One year after the fumigation experiment the trees were analyzed for their growth characteristics.
