This volume completes the Proceedings of the Vth International Symposium on Landslides, held in Lausanne, Switzerland, from July 10 to 15, 1988. Volumes 1 and 2 include 4 general reports, 9 special lectures and 217 concerning the 6 themes selected, which were received in due time and published before the Symposium. Volume 3 contains the late reports, namely general reports and 6 special lectures, as well as 14 discussion papers related to the 6 themes considered. Moreover, in the first part, some general comments concerning the Symposium itself and the landslide phenomena have been selected within the various opening and closing addresses, namely the addresses given at the beginning and at the end of the ISSMFE and the opening lecture by P. Antoine. In the final part of this volume are published the errata et corrigienda, a technical note on the visist of La Frasse Landslide and the index of authors related to the 3 volumes of Proceedings.
