Abstract
The occurrence of oaks in the seed stands of Slovenia is presented in the article. Their share as to the number totals good 5 %, as to the area 3 %. As to the number, the seed stands of Quercus rubra are the most nimerous but the stands of Quercus robur on their autochtonous natural growing sites are covering the largest area.
