At present a very important problem attracting an extraordinary interest in this country and abroad presents the protection of the landscape, because the latter is extensively changed. transformed and dmaged by the continually growing civilisation and cultural demands of the mankind. At the solution of this complicated problem various influences are in action, originating out of the demands of settlement, industry, watershed management, transport, health service, recreation as well as of agriculture and forestry which are very important, namely because these sectors of the primary production cover the largest part of the landscape environment, in our country 90,1 % of its total surface.
