Since the end of 1997 nitrogen pools and fluxes are continuously and detailed measured in Achenkirch/Tyrol for the first time in the Limestone Alps. Main goals are the interpretation of the N dynamics, the eutrophication as well as the assessment of the degree of nitrogen saturation of the catchment.
