  • Abstract
    The occurrence of 29 xerothermophytic plants of mediterranean or submediterranean origin in the vicinity of Zvolen and the pathways of their spread into Central Slovakia are described. The value and significance of individuel migration pathways of xerothermophytic taxa is not equivalent since the knowledge about their occurrence on many unassessed steppe and forest-steppe localities on all four migration ways is still incomplete.
