This paper deal with consideration about accuracy of automatic aerotriangulation in planimetry and hypsometry from photos with average scale 1 : 16 000 in relation on number of control points used to calculating block of photos, in optical density of scan process and segmentation of terrain. In projects three are calculated mean coordinate error mxy in relation of density of scan, quantity of using control points and in relation on segmentation of terrain in range from 0,21 to 0,59 m and mean coordinate error mz from 0,53 to 1,01 m. Attained results determine digital photogrammetry to bigger use by tematic forest mapping aspect.
