The adjustment of the hunting organization and strategies in the federal forests of Rhineland-Palatinate are changing dynamicly. In particular its function as a service organization for all interested private hunters becomes a more important status. This fact expression in various new forms of participation in hunting practice. Nevertheless the main objective of the whole federal hunting strategy is to solve the problems of damaged forests, cause by ungulates. In addition, the new hunting products, connected with an offensive marketing campaign, should increase the financial balance.
