Abstract
In 1999 the monastic forest of the Klosterkammer Hannover has been organized as a profit centre organization. The monetary mangement is based on an effective financial controlling. Identical goals for all the top to the bottom management levels improve the efficiency and reduce the losses caused by frictions. Low level capacities provide better conditions for market adaptation.
