Abstract
The phytotoxicity effects of some filtrates produced by Chalara ovoidea and Ophiostoma piceae in the biological test in vitro are described in this paper. The greatest phytotoxical effect of filtrates was found in shaked malt medium with Chalara ovoidea on young 3 month-old leaves in April. The liquid shaked oat medium is the most favorable for production of mycelium while the liquid shaded malt medium induces fungi for production of phytotoxical substances.
