Amending working systems is an important task of foresters. Development of already established systems or the substitution by better systems is often omitted. Foresters as coaches of their teams act as supervisors for learning processes taking consistent search for improvement as a challenge. Additional options for rationalizations can be utilized. A proved concept for the organization of daily work loads is given.
