Fruits of thirteen lots of Tectona grandis L.f., teak, from three seeds produced areas (SPA) from Caceres Florestal (Caceres Florestal Company, Inc., Mato Grosso State, Brazil), were qualified in relation to pureness, water content, weight of thousand fruits, uniformity, hectoliter weight, insect infestation and vigor, by the 13th day emergence seedlings, number of seeds by fruit, using the cutting test method. A homogeneous behavior of these fruits characteristics was not observed, because they differed from lots and provenance.
