Heilpflanzen spielen heutzutage eine bedeutende Rolle im Gesundheitswesen. Ihre Bedeutung als Arzneimittel ist groß. Eine besonderes Interesse aus dieser Sicht haben die Orobanchaceae welche Iridoide, Phenole, freie Fettsäuren und Alkaloide enthalten sowie eine vielseitige biologische Aktivität besitzen. In der vorliegenden Arbeit führte ich eine Recherche zur vorliegenden Literatur der Gattungen Euphrasia, Melampyrum, Odontites durch. Mit den Suchschwerpunkten Anatomie, Evolution, Floristik und Taxonomie, Karyologie, Morphologie, Palynologie
und Reproduktion, Pharmazie wurden insgesamt 708 Zitate zusammengestellt. Der Schwerpunkt der Publikationstätigkeit lag in der floristischen und taxonomischen Forschung gefolgt von der Anatomie. Die bisherigen Arbeiten belegen eine besondere Bedeutung der Anatomie für die taxonomische Charakterisierung der
Vertreter der Orobanchaceae. Dies ist im Interesse der pharmazeutischen Drogenkontrolle, in welcher die anatomische Prüfung einen methodischen Schwerpunkt bildet. Im anatomisch-morphologischen Teil meiner Arbeit charaktersierte ich Herkünfte von Euphrasia officinalis. Merkmale aus dem generativen und vegetativen Bereich der
Pflanzen wurden biometrisch vermessen und zeichnerisch dargestellt. Die Analysen ergaben eine taxonomische Zugehörigkeit zur Unterart Euphrasia officinalis subsp. rostkoviana. Ein Überblick über die Merkmalsträger und deren Ausprägungen wird gegeben. In today’s modern health care system healing plants play an essential role. Their importance as a pharmaceutical drug is highly ranged. To manifest an example one could name the Orobanchaceae, which contains iridoids, phenolics, free aliphatic acids and sometimes alkaloids. Additionally the Orobanchaceae induce numerous biological activities. In this diploma thesis one can view research regarding Literature of the species Euphrasia, Melampyrum and Odontites. The main focus in this literature search was directed towards anatomy, evolution, floristic, taxonomy, caryology, morphology, palynology, reproduction and pharmacy. A total of 708 citations were assembled. The main emphasis of the publications steered towards the floristic and taxonomic research, which was followed by the anatomy for the taxonomic characterization of representatives of the Orobanchaceae. This is of interest for the pharmaceutical drug control, in which the anatomical examination creates a methodical emphasis. In the anatomic-morphologic part of my written work I characterized the species Euphrasia officinalis. Aspects from the generative and vegetative area of the plants were surveyed and graphically demonstrated. The analysis revealed a taxonomical affiliation to the sub-division Euphrasia officinalis subsp. rostkoviana. An overview of the statistical units and their manifestations is given.
