First edition. HB. Two cloth covered volumes in cloth covered slip case. Vol.1: pp667, the text and many b&w maps in text . Vol.2: a folder of 34 overlay maps (all present)- each is printed on clear acetate, with a paper guard sheet, inside a polythene bag to keep clean and all housed in a cloth covered pocket inside the covers. Very Good+ condition. Very light rubbing to cover edges; a few spots and surface stain to slip case.
