Abstract
While a lot of studies examined green structures in urban environments and their impact on physical well-being and activity in peoples’ daily life (Cohen et al. 2007, Frumkin et al. 2004, Humpel et al. 2002, Lee and Maheswaran 2010, Mc Cormack et al. 2003, Powell 2005) some others revealed landscape preferences related to activities outside city areas (Baur and Gilgen 1999; Gasser and Kaufmann-Hayoz 2004; Lamprecht and Stamm 2002 and Marti et al. 2002).Keywords | Protected areas, Intercultural, Mental health, Emotional health, Physical health
